Contract cancellation

If you are a consumer - you usually have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, e.g.
By e-mail to contact@yasmin.com.pl
Return the returned item immediately to the following address: Armii Krajowej 105, 43-100 Tychy,
but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins: in the case of a contract in which we issue an item, we undertake to transfer its ownership - from taking over the object by you or by a third party indicated by you who is not a carrier, in the case of digital content - from the moment the contract is concluded. To meet the deadline, just make a statement before the deadline expires.   The payments made by you, including the costs of delivery of articles under the conditions set out in the Regulations, will be returned to you immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. We may refuse to refund your compensation until you receive a refund or provide proof of return, whichever comes first. Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not payable to the consumer in connection with the contract: if the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured in accordance with the consumer's specifications or satisfying his individual needs, when the subject of the service is quickly deteriorating or has a short shelf-life, characterized in that the purpose of the work is an object which is delivered in a sealed package that can not be returned after opening the package for health and hygiene reasons when the package has been opened after delivery in which the subject of the service is sound or image recording or computer software delivered in a sealed package, when the package has been opened after delivery for delivering digital content that is not stored on a durable medium, if the service was started with the consumer's express consent before the grace period expired and the contractor notified the loss of the right of withdrawal. Due to a disadvantage, you can request:

Exchange of things for flawless things,
Removing the defect,
or make a statement about:

lower the price,
Withdrawal from the contract - in the case of a significant defect.
We are liable for defects detected within two years from the date of delivery of the goods.

 

In principle, you can submit a claim within one year of filing a complaint, but the complaint period can not be completed before the seller's deadline expires.

Your complaint (response) will be examined within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
